Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

This document outlines the policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds for orders placed with Taffy Notes. Customers are encouraged to review these carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

1. Cancellation Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details at the time of purchase.

Timeline:

Cancellation requests will only be accepted within 2 hours of placing the order, provided production or dispatch has not yet begun.

Once the order enters production or is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Additional Terms:

Taffy Notes is not responsible for cancellations or refunds due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., misspelled names, wrong colours, or wrong designs).

If a change is required after the order has been placed, it may incur additional charges, which will be borne by the customer and are subject to courier or production discretion.

2. Return Policy

Returns are only accepted in cases of a manufacturing defect or if the product is damaged during delivery.

Timeline & Procedure:

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon receipt.

Any defect or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing notify@taffynotes.com with photos/videos clearly showing the issue and the order ID.

After initial verification, customers will receive instructions for the return process.

Approved returns must be shipped back in the original packaging within 7 days of return approval.

Returns requested beyond this period or without sufficient proof will not be eligible.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only when Taffy Notes is at fault, such as sending an incorrect or defective product.

Timeline:

Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

The refund will be credited to the original payment source (e.g., bank, wallet, or card).

Processing times may vary based on the payment provider’s policies.

Refunds are not applicable for courier delays or incorrect details provided by the customer.

4. Replacement Policy

If Taffy Notes makes an error in fulfilling your order (such as sending the wrong product or personalisation), a replacement will be issued at no extra cost.

Timeline:

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to notify@taffynotes.com.

Once verified, a replacement will be processed within 5 business days, and the new item will be shipped according to standard delivery timelines.
